FAQ

What agencies ask before applying.

Does Tripii charge a commission on each booking?
No. Tripii charges no per-booking commission on any plan — you keep 100% of your sales. The only thing deducted is the payment gateway fee (MercadoPago) when you collect online, and it only applies to the amount you actually process: if the traveler pays on-site (booking without online payment) you receive 100%, and if you collect a deposit, MercadoPago only charges its fee on the deposit amount, not on the full booking total. Beyond that, you only pay your plan's monthly subscription.
What is the Founder Offer and how long is it available?
The Founder Offer is a 30% lifetime discount for the first agencies to join. Your discount stays as long as your subscription is active; the base price only adjusts once a year with Colombia’s CPI (IPC) — never above it. It’s for a limited time: once the slots fill up, the offer closes and new plans move to their regular price.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Every plan has the same features and 0% commission — only the limits change. Emprendedor ($139,000 Founder) is for those just starting out, with up to 10 experiences. Pro ($244,000) goes up to 30 experiences and a bilingual site. Premium ($524,000) reaches 75 experiences and dedicated support. And Enterprise is fully custom, with everything unlimited. You can switch plans whenever you want.
What does the 7-day free trial include?
The free trial gives you full access to all features with no restrictions: your branded website, admin panel, MercadoPago payment gateway, WhatsApp AI assistant, QR check-in, and marketplace presence. No credit card required to start. When the trial ends, you pick the plan that best fits your agency.
Do I need my own domain or do you provide one?
Both options work. You can bring your domain (e.g. youragency.co) and we connect it at no cost, or we can help you register a new one. You can also start with a free Tripii subdomain (e.g. youragency.tripii.co) while you decide.
How does the WhatsApp AI assistant work?
The AI assistant automatically answers your travelers' questions on WhatsApp, 24/7. It uses information from your active experiences — prices, availability, itineraries — to give accurate answers instantly, and when the traveler is ready to book it redirects them to your website. Each plan includes its own monthly message allowance: 300 on Emprendedor, 1,500 on Pro, and 3,000 on Premium.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Tripii has no lock-in — you can cancel your subscription whenever you want, with no penalties or exit clauses. Your site is deactivated at the end of the current billing period. If you ever want to come back, your content stays saved.
